Complete converter unit with 100 mm discs, compatible with your Piaggio Ciao (with modifications), Si, Bravo, and Boxer models with variator drive.
Depending on the batch, the converter may have various defects. The retaining plate for the nut on the back is not bent over at the factory. On the inside, near the starter plates, a coating was applied as rust protection, which impairs starting performance. The complete converter unit may rub against the transmission cover. In this case, it is necessary to replace the inner spacer disc. The bearings are not pre-lubricated and must be greased accordingly. Depending on the batch, the starter linings may be installed upside down and must be mounted correctly. The keyway on the converter bell may be too narrow in some cases and must be reworked.
