Payment & Shipping

All orders within Switzerland that are placed by 19:00 and paid for by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice will leave our warehouse on the same day so that the goods arrive on the next working day (for Swiss-Express "Moon" or Saturday delivery also on Saturdays) and for B Mail after 2-3 working days. Otherwise, your order will not be processed until your payment has been received.

We generally deliver to Switzerland & the Principality of Liechtenstein. We also deliver to the following EU countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. We do not currently deliver to other EU countries.

Your order, whether letter or package, will be sent with Swiss-Express “Moon”. The post office delivers these, if ordered by 7:00 p.m. the day before, on the next business day – including Saturday – by 9:00 a.m. (applies to all of Switzerland). Please note that the order must be paid for in advance by 7:00 p.m. To initiate immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.

Your order will be shipped with SameDay Swiss of the Swiss Post AG. The shipping provider delivers these (Monday - Friday) if ordered by 10:00 a.m., on the same business day - excluding Saturday - between 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Please also note that the order must be paid for in advance by 10:00 a.m. To initiate immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.

Please note: the shipping method is only available in the shopping cart if the delivery location is also within the accessible area.

Your order as a package can be sent with the selection Saturday delivery of the Swiss Post. The post office always delivers these on the following Saturday (applies to the whole of Switzerland). Please also note here that the order must be paid for in advance by 7:00 p.m. To initiate the immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.

You can pick up your order at our counter during regular opening hours. To make sure everything is ready and to avoid waiting times, please place your order at least 2 hours in advance via our online shop. You can select your preferred pickup time directly during checkout.

It is also possible to place an order on site and have it prepared shortly afterwards – however, waiting times should be expected. We’re happy to advise you in person, but unfortunately we can’t spend hours talking shop or having coffee. Not yet!

When you pick up your items at our counter, you can pay in cash (in CHF), by EC-/credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or on CembraPay invoice.
