The legendary high-end crankshaft compatible with Sachs 50 (without supercharger) and 50/3 engines.
With minor adjustments, the crankshaft can also be used in the 50/2 (also known as the 502) and 503 engines.
High-quality, precision-fit solid-flange crankshaft with polished connecting rods, which has proven itself in a wide variety of stress tests. Designed for use in engines with significant power upgrades and tested up to 19,000 RPM.
The crankshaft can also be used on Sachs 503 engines; to prevent the drive sprocket from rubbing against the housing, it must be shimmed with 1.5 mm spacers. You can find the appropriate spacers in the accessories section.
The large balancing holes in the crankshaft webs have been sealed with aluminum inserts for maximum pre-compression.
This crankshaft is designed for E15 main bearings.

Note: The width of the needle bearing is 15.7 mm; depending on the piston, the inside may need to be slightly countersunk.
Installation tip: The transition between the crankshaft journals and the journal pins has a slight radius for reinforcement. To ensure proper spacing, use one Ø 16 x 1 mm spacer on each side (left and right); this fits neatly over the chamfer and thus centers itself optimally. The remaining spacers can be used as normal with a Ø 15 mm diameter.
