Description

This paint set is a remix of the original lemon yellow two-coat paint used by Puch (original item no. 900.0274 / 08).
The yellow glaze corresponds 100% to the original color.

The set contains 400 ml silver base (reproduced using the original sample) and 400 ml lemon yellow P 1058 T, the mixing ratio of both products is 1:1 and results in 0.8 l each.8 l ready to spray.
The mixing ratio for the silver primer is 1:1, which results in 0.8 l.
Two-coat thinner (BC thinner / basecoat thinner) must be used.

After the moped parts have been prepared as usual, they are painted with the silver primer to cover them. After a flash-off time of approx. 30 minutes, two even coats of lemon yellow are applied. As the amount of glaze applied can change the color shade, it is recommended to create a color sample in advance. The moped can then be painted using the same system.

Painting over with 2-component clearcoat after a further 30-minute flash-off time is mandatory. However, this is not included in the set.
