Complete tuning set with 40 mm cylinder suitable for all mopeds / mopeds with blown Sachs 503 engine (503 2AL, AAL, 2BL, ABL CH).
The individual components are finely tuned to each other and guarantee optimum power delivery.
You have the option of choosing between the "short" or "long" intake manifold.
The tuning set consists of the following components:
- Cylinder: 40 mm swiing tuning with or without cylinder head
- Carburetor: 15 mm Bing SRE
- Intake manifold: 15 mm HG to Bing SRE
- Flame tube: 28 mm Racing
- Exhaust: Cigar 70 mm or Resonance Cigar 70 mm + Exhaust clamp 70 mm
- Air filter: Sachs 503 Racing air filter or mushroom air filter grille
- Ground plug: NGK B8HS
- Düsenset: M3.5, size 54 - 64
- Clutch springs: Clutch springs strong, 9 pcs. & cup galvanized 3 pcs.
Note: For Sachs 503 ABL engines, the engine housing must be ground slightly in the area of the cylinder neck. During assembly, please check that all nuts and bolts are sufficiently tight and tighten them if necessary.
