The GPO Pomodoro racing kit is one of the most powerful cylinders currently on the market and impresses with high torque in the low RPM range, powerful acceleration, and consistent power delivery right up to high RPMs. The optimized internal design ensures ideal flow characteristics and enables efficient delivery of the fuel-air mixture, guaranteeing a consistently strong power build-up. The result is a tuning cylinder that gives your engine a distinctly noticeable power boost and delivers an indescribable, dynamic performance on the road.
Thanks to the correct angle of the intake surface and the 19 mm bore, both original intake manifolds and swiing® brand intake manifolds and carburetors fit under the side guards without requiring any modifications. With a cylinder neck diameter of 45 mm, no reaming of the engine case is necessary.
The GPO piston improves intake timing, leading to higher RPMs. The edges of all channels are smoothed, enabling optimal fuel-air mixture flow.
In addition to the racing kit, the set also includes the corresponding camouflaged 15 mm racing carburetor, a racing air filter, and a resonance pipe. In the selection field, you can choose between the two compatible intake manifolds, depending on whether you need the short or long version. You also have the option to select the cylinder head with or without a decompressor.

Note: Replace the rubber silent blocks on 503 BL engines with aluminum blocks to prevent fatigue fractures at the exhaust flange when running at higher power levels. It is also recommended to use reinforced clutch springs to ensure reliable power transmission. For a further performance boost, a 32 mm resonance chamber can be installed. During installation, please check that all bolts and nuts are sufficiently tightened and retighten them if necessary. Please observe the installation direction during assembly. The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust on the exhaust side.
