39mm oversized piston with a 1.5mm rectangular piston ring featuring flank protection (FS) and a 2mm L-ring piston ring with internal protection (IS) for your Puch moped as well as the Tomos Funtastic, Funsport, or Roadie moped with an A55 engine.
You can find the detailed dimensions of the piston according to the technical drawing in the product details. You can also find information about common piston rings, their clearances, and retention types in the legend in the images.
The package includes the piston, piston pins, piston clips, and piston rings.
Notes:
Please observe the installation direction during assembly. The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust on the exhaust side.
The piston can also be used in Tomos mopeds with an A35 engine, provided that the intake and exhaust are also replaced.
You can find additional piston kits, the necessary installation tools, and, if needed, the matching cylinder in the accessories section.
