Special rear wheel conversion kit with industrial bearings and a complete wheel axle, compatible with the rear wheel of your Pony GTX 503 and GTX 521 mopeds.
The benefits of this conversion kit include improved stability, reduced vibration, and longer bearing life.
The kit is equipped with two ball bearings from the world’s leading manufacturer, SKF, complemented by precision steel spacers and a complete axle set from the quality brand swiing® ingenious.
The colored markings show you where each component should be installed:
- green mark: brake anchor plate
- blue mark: wheel clamp
- red mark: wheel hub
Notes:
The Ponys were equipped with different rim types at the factory. This wheel axle is designed for rims that have a bearing seat for a 32 mm ball bearing on one side and a bearing seat for a 30 mm ball bearing on the other side.
Also note that the brake anchor plate must be reamed from 11 to 12 mm.
