High-quality disc brake system for original 4- and 5-star cast wheels from Piaggio Ciao mopeds – the all-round carefree package!
The complete set can be fitted in conjunction with the corresponding hydraulic EBR telescopic fork without any adjustments.
All add-on parts are of the highest quality and fit perfectly.
The brake calliper including brake lever are already provided with brake fluid and therefore only need to be bolted on. The steel flex brake cable is 90 cm long. Take this into account when choosing the handlebars.
All screw connections must be secured with threadlocker (Loctite).
The CNC-machined aluminium wheel hub is black anodized. The dimensions correspond to the original. It has been subjected to various load tests and can withstand the increased forces of a disc brake without any problems.
The two spacers are mounted in the direction of travel as follows: Left 19.75 mm long / Right 30.5 mm long.
