41 mm tuning cylinder kit with diaphragm intake suitable for Swiss Sachs 50/2 (502) mopeds / mopeds.
With a larger displacement and optimized timing, this tuning kit turns your oldie into a powerhouse. In addition, this racing cylinder is visually indistinguishable from the original cylinder when fitted.

The cylinder kit is characterized by the following attributes:

  • Cast iron cylinder with 41 mm bore 
  • Membrane control
  • Optimized overflow channels 
  • improved control times
  • pore-clean surface

Exhaust thread: M35 x 2 mm

The piston is fitted with the arrow pointing in the direction of the exhaust

The scope of delivery includes cylinder, piston kit, gasket set and intake studs.

Please note that this cylinder does not fit under the fan casing of a slotted Sachs of the same type.

Matching add-on parts, as well as the more compact 38 mm tuning cylinder, can be found in the accessories section.
