This product has the following features:
- Solvent-free, aromatic-free, no toxic fumes, biodegradable, and water-soluble.
- Removes up to 8 layers of paint in a single pass, penetrating deep into every pore.
- Ideal for hard-to-reach areas as well as large surfaces, since DILUNETT doesn’t dry out and remains active for a long time.
- Includes a color indicator to monitor activity.
Apply a sufficiently thick layer and let it work on its own. For very smooth or vertical surfaces, first apply a thin layer and let it sit briefly, then build up to the required layer thickness (approx. 0.5 mm per coat of paint). If the surface begins to dry, lightly mist it with water. A change in the color indicator from beige to brown indicates the end of its activity. Wash off the dissolved paint with plenty of fresh water, a scraper, and a brush (or a high-pressure washer set to a maximum of 60 bar).
Note: This paint remover is particularly suitable for 1K paint finishes. If your plane has a 2K or multi-layer paint finish, the process must be repeated several times or supplemented with mechanical paint stripping.
