SX50 KTM clutch plates manufactured in Switzerland, including adjustment screws, compatible with the corresponding HRT clutch on your Puch Maxi moped with an E50 engine.
A high-end product, developed for racing and designed to withstand the toughest conditions. The CNC-milled clutch plates are manufactured to an accuracy of 0.5 g, ensuring smooth, consistent operation. The metal lining delivers uncompromising drive pressure and thus optimal performance.
With the specially developed SWAT (Simple Weight Adjustment Technology), the engagement speed can be adjusted without having to disassemble the clutch. The plate weight can be easily adjusted using the included threaded pins. It can be varied between 39.5 g and 44 g, which corresponds to a clutch engagement speed adjustment range of approximately 1,000 rpm. The set screws should be secured with threadlocker (ideally Loctite 243) or tightened to at least 4 Nm.
Note: The friction plates require a certain break-in period when used with a used basket.
