Nickel-plated steel lock washer with two tabs and a nose, suitable for the steering stem nut on your Piaggio Ciao moped / moped.
The inner lug of the lock washer engages in the groove of the fork and prevents the lower bearing ring from turning further when the lock nut is tightened.
By turning the outer tabs, loosening is prevented.
