The high-quality 38 mm original cylinder is now also available exclusively with «Vertex» pistons.
This cylinder fits various Puch mopeds / mopeds such as Maxi S / N, Puch X30 NS / NL, Puch X30 NG-2A.
Vertex pistons are world-renowned for their quality and design.
With this cylinder, you will reach your destination quickly and powerfully.
- The intake window has been moved slightly downwards to achieve better timing
- Lubrication holes on the piston to the piston pin.
- The inner flats on the piston were milled flat for clean guidance of the connecting rod bearing
- The piston skirt has been optimized
- The inlet angles of the transfer ports have been adjusted
- Intake and exhaust largely milled flat (exhaust and intake manifold can be fitted without any problems)
With these optimizations, the 38 mm cylinder kit delivers a full 1.6 hp to the rear tire with the correct setting. This makes it the most powerful 38 mm cylinder with seal for Puch ever!
Of course, the original «CH12» is also cast in.
Note: Please note the installation direction when assembling. The piston is inserted with the arrow pointing towards the outlet on the exhaust side.
