Chrome-plated exhaust connector for connecting 32 mm outer diameter flame tubes to the appropriate muffler on your moped, scooter, or small motorcycle.
The special FPM rubber compound is characterized by excellent resistance to high temperatures, mineral oils, fuels, many organic solvents, and chemicals. The material of the exhaust clamp has been laboratory-tested for aging and technical properties; it remains supple even at high temperatures of up to 200 °C and does not become brittle. The inner diameter has been kept smaller—at 29 or 33 mm—than the outer diameter of the parts to be connected, to ensure an optimal seal.
Note: The exhaust flange must not be tightened too much under any circumstances, as this will compress the rubber too much and may cause it to tear.
