Carburetor complete set for Sachs mopeds / mopeds with 50/2 engines and slot control, not suitable for diaphragm-controlled cylinders.
The very short intake path in combination with the 15 mm Bing replica carburetor leads to a considerable increase in performance. If the amount of air drawn is still too large, you can use item 17273 as an insert.
Since the space between the cylinder, engine block and frame is very tight, the following must be observed during installation:
- The stud bolts must be removed from the cylinder. The M5x12 bolts to be used are included.
- The «swiing» lettering on the intake manifold must face upwards, as the flange of the manifold has a slight angle.
- The milled surface of the air filter housing must face downwards.
- The manifold, carburettor and air filter must be pre-assembled. Only then can the entire assembly be fitted.
