Tightness test kit to check the engine of your moped, moped, small motorcycle or any other racing machine for leaks.
Save yourself the trouble of searching for false air in the installed state and be sure that the system is working properly.
Inlet plugs for the following intake manifolds are included in the scope of delivery:
- Ø 25 mm
- Ø 28 mm
- Ø 35 mm
- Ø 39 mm
Measure the required carburetor connection and you can then close the intake side of the engine with the appropriate aluminum insert and the pipe clamp.
The exhaust side can be easily closed using the enclosed rubber strip. (If your exhaust is not attached to the cylinder with a flat flange, you can easily use an exhaust plug to close it.)
Now pressurize the system with a pump (0.5 - 0.8 bar) and observe on the pressure gauge whether the pressure drops or whether your masterpiece is pressure-stable.
The easiest way to visualize possible leaks is with soapy water or leak detection spray.
