NGK BR10EIX iridium spark plug with anti-interference design and long thread, compatible with various mopeds, scooters, or small motorcycles.
This spark plug fits the following mopeds: Alpa Cross 2000, Alpa Grand Sport, Alpa Cristall 50/2, Alpa Panda, Cilo Cross, KTM GTX 503, Pony GT Cross, Pony GTA, Pony GTX, Pony Junior 50/2, Pony Junior 503, Puch Maxi S, Puch Maxi N, Puch Maxi N Chopper, Puch Maxi Plus, Puch X30 Sport NS / NL, Puch X30 Velux, Puch Supermaxi, Sachs Rixe 50/2, Sachs Turbo, Sachs 503, etc. Among other models, long-thread spark plugs from Malossi (as of 2021) are installed in Piaggio mopeds with 43- or 46-mm cylinder heads.
Iridium spark plugs feature an iridium alloy tip on the center electrode. The precious metal iridium does not melt until 2450 °C and is therefore highly resistant to spark erosion. The service life of these spark plugs is twice as long as that of conventional spark plugs. The 0.6 mm-thin center electrode significantly reduces the ignition voltage requirement and contributes to improved propagation of the flame front in the combustion chamber.
Note: For official MFK approval, the ignition system must include a noise-suppressed component. This spark plug is noise-suppressed and can therefore be used on public roads in combination with a non-noise-suppressed spark plug connector.
