Chrome-plated steel front luggage rack, compatible with Piaggio Ciao mopeds.
This is a reissue of the 1967 classic, which was available as an accessory for the first Ciao models.
The luggage rack is clamped to the top of the handlebars and bolted to the inside of the fork at the bottom.
It is therefore designed for the early models with a 22 mm handlebar shaft diameter and the 6 mm holes above the swingarm mounting bolt on the inside of the fork.
Installation on newer model series is possible with some modifications. Depending on the fork, you’ll need to drill the lower holes yourself and use a felt pad on the handlebar stem to compensate for the difference in the 21 mm stem diameter.
