&p>Revised 2021 version of the well-known cylinder kit from Malossi for Piaggio Ciao, Bravo 1 and Boxer mopeds / mopeds.
This is the version with 12 mm piston pin.
This cast iron cylinder with 73.5 cc offers a very good increase in performance over the entire speed range.
The workmanship is very clean and the matching of the piston windows to the overflow channels and boost parts is also very good. The webs in the area of the cylinder skirt significantly reduce the risk of piston jamming and make the cylinder extremely durable.
The reworked cylinder head in combination with the copper gasket also ensures very high compression values.
With the reworking, the triangular shape of the cylinder head was adapted to a longitudinal shape. As a result, the cylinder fits much better on racing bikes, such as the Polini Speed Engine.
