This headlight is suitable for your Puch Maxi.

The required 1-phase bulb with P26s socket is not included in the scope of delivery.

Note: Due to tolerances during production, it is possible that the switch may protrude from the plastic housing. In order for this to function properly afterwards, the housing must be reworked a little.
