Redemption conditions

These redemption conditions for vouchers apply to all vouchers purchased in our online store, at our pick-up counter in Frauenfeld or at events and functions. Vouchers can be redeemed in the shopping cart by entering the voucher code. Several vouchers can be redeemed for one order. Vouchers can only be redeemed with the printed code in our webshop. Vouchers can only be used for the purchase of goods and not for the purchase of other vouchers or services. If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by us can be selected to settle the difference. For the redemption of vouchers, our general terms and conditions and data protection provisions apply in addition.

Note on cash payment

Cash payment of vouchers or voucher credit is not possible.
