D7 Type BQ retaining ring for positioning components on shafts that do not have a groove. Retaining rings are ideal for securing emblems, for example, on mopeds, scooters, and small motorcycles.
The sheet metal edge engages with the mating part due to the spring preload and the crowning, thereby preventing displacement.
Note: In many cases, removal without damage is not possible. Additionally, retaining elements should only be used once.
