A new exhaust silencer for your Sachs moped: for repairs or efficient tuning
Original moped exhausts - and this doesn't just apply to the exhaust systems on Sachs 503 mopeds - have the unpleasant habit of starting to rust at some point in most cases. On the one hand, this can spoil the appearance of your lovely Sachs pearl. On the other hand, if the exhaust system is so badly corroded that there are already holes in it, your bike will not only be unpleasantly loud, but optimum exhaust gas routing is no longer guaranteed. At the latest then it is time to fit a new exhaust silencer to your Sachs 503 moped. For the legendary mopeds from the manufacturer in Schweinfurt, you can get everything for the exhaust system from silencers to exhaust clamps from us. Muffler installation on your Sachs 503 moped: an easy exercise for passionate mechanics
Fitting a new exhaust to your moped should not be a problem, even if you are a novice mechanic. In addition to the nuts and bolts on the outlet, you only need to loosen the existing exhaust clamps. You can then remove the silencer or the complete exhaust system. Then simply fit the new silencer in reverse order. As almost every muffler you can buy from us is usually designed specifically for your Sachs 503 moped, the fixing points usually remain the same, so you don't have to change anything on site.
