38 mm tuning cylinder with 50 cc displacement and narrow exhaust for your Pony moped / moped with Sachs 503 AB, AC or ADV engine.
The wide-bore racing kit has been heavily reworked compared to the original cylinder. The overflow ducts, the intake and exhaust have been enlarged. There is hardly any visible difference from the outside. In terms of performance, the racing cylinder is designed for the upper engine speeds. Due to the long exhaust timing, a high back pressure is required to exploit the power.
In addition to the piston, piston ring, clips and bolts, the scope of delivery also includes the required gaskets for the base, intake and exhaust. In addition, an O-ring and a reinforced graphite gasket for the cylinder cover are included, which can be used as required. It is still possible to use the original cylinder head.
