38 mm cylinder kit with reed valve inlet for your moped, moped or small motorcycle with Sachs 50 (DE) engine, manual Sachs 50/2 (DE) engine or Sachs 50/3 (DE) engine.
This cylinder is a replica of the legendary 2.6 hp twin cylinder. The cylinder set is designed for air-cooled engines without a blower cover, as the cooling fins have a larger oval outer diameter.
Notes:
In order to install the cylinder on a manual Sachs 50/2 (CH) engine with blower cooling, adjustments must be made.
Please note the installation direction when assembling. The piston is inserted with the arrow pointing towards the exhaust on the exhaust side.
Due to the casting process, there may be casting residue in the inlet ports. We recommend carefully grinding these away with a straight grinder / rod grinder.
